 INTRODUCTION:


This programme is designed with lively learning activities.  The participants will be able to easily understand the purpose of the activities and they will improve themselves as the training progress throughout the day.


This course is recommended for all staff to understand the individual needs and how to provide them good customer services in this 21st Century.


Fee                RM400.00 for 1 - 5 person..

                      RM380.00 for 6 - 10 persons.

                      RM350.00 for 11 persons and above.


Method of payment : HRDF Registered Employers to register 

                                     through HRDF eTRIS BEFORE    

                                     commencing the course.  HRDF will pay

                                     directly to TRAVEX.


                                     2.  Those who are not HRDF Registered

                                     Employers can pay directly to TRAVEX.


Date of course  :        1.  First and Third Monday of the week.

                                    2.  Registered Employers can decide their

                                         own date.

                                    3.  Training can be conducted on 

                                          weekends. 


Speakers            :             Mr Pau Sin Li, Mdm Keriun Ong,

                                          Mr Nai Sin Heng, other speakers.

                                          Training can be conducted in 

                                          Mandarin on upon request.


Award               :              TRAVEX Certificate in Customer 

                                         Service for 21st Century.
