Travel & Tours Enhancement Course (TTEC)


The Ministry of Tourism and Culture (MOTAC) has released the above information into the travel industry. This is compulsory for all travel agencies to attend the course every year when they renew their business licensed. Without attending the TTEC, they will not be able to obtain or renew the travel business licenses. For those travel agency who renew their license once every two years, they will have to take the course only when they need to renew their license.

Who to attend from the travel agency?


(i) Chief Executive Officer; or

(ii) Chief Operating Officer; or

(iii) General Manager; or

(iv) Managerial Level staff.


Only one person from each travel agency to attend the course.


Issuance of the certificate: MOTAC will issue the certificate under the name of the Travel Agency. After the course, all the participants will get the TTEC certificate straight away.

For payment, the travel agent can bank-in direct into our Public Bank mentioned in the application form. All travel agents must email their application form together with the payment slip to confirm payment. They must bring along the original bank-in slip for our account purpose. The application must be submitted to us early.
